Same-Day Onsite Repair & Exchange of Components
Plan Details
- Includes Toll Free technical telephone support.
- Includes same-day onsite exchange of components diagnosed as defective by TKO.
- Includes exchanges that perform the same function as the equipment replaced.
- Includes "hot standby" components tested and ready for service.
- Includes service support 24 hours per day all year.
- Includes TKO managed Return Materials Authorizations.
- Includes TKO Alarm Management and System Interrogation daily.
Hours of Operation and Response:
- Immediate answer by skilled technician during normal business hours.
- Telephone response within one hour after business hours, on weekends and on National holidays
Exclusions
- Equipment that is not covered by the service plan.
- Alarm management and technical response subject to customer access.
- Dispatch for "Same-Day Onsite Repair and Exchange" shall occur within 4 hours of initial TKO response.
Service Fees:
- One time annual fee per network, which includes specific supported components.
- Products added to customer networks beyond those required to repair a service outage will be billed at the then current prices.
TKO reserves the right to charge customer at then current time and expense/materials rates for any customer requested service which is outside the scope of this service offering.
