Remote Diagnostics and Telephone Support.

Plan Details

  1. Includes Toll Free technical telephone support.
  2. Includes TKO managed Return Materials Authorizations.
  3. Includes TKO Alarm Management and System Interrogation daily.

Hours of Operation and Response:

  1. Immediate answer by skilled technician during normal business hours.
  2. Telephone response within one hour after business hours, on weekends and on National holidays.

Exclusions

  1. Assistance with equipment that is not covered by the service plan.
  2. Alarm management and technical response subject to customer access.
  3. Technician Dispatch.
  4. Equipment repair.

Service Fees:

  1. One time annual fee per network.

TKO reserves the right to charge customer at then current time and expense/materials rates for any customer requested service which is outside the scope of this service offering.
