Plan Details
- Includes Toll Free technical telephone support.
- Includes TKO managed Return Materials Authorizations.
- Includes TKO Alarm Management and System Interrogation daily.
Hours of Operation and Response:
- Immediate answer by skilled technician during normal business hours.
- Telephone response within one hour after business hours, on weekends and on National holidays.
Exclusions
- Assistance with equipment that is not covered by the service plan.
- Alarm management and technical response subject to customer access.
- Technician Dispatch.
- Equipment repair.
Service Fees:
- One time annual fee per network.
TKO reserves the right to charge customer at then current time and expense/materials rates for any customer requested service which is outside the scope of this service offering.
