Video conferencing is fast becoming an integral part of a global business strategy. Doing business globally today, for many business managers, requires electronically wired conference rooms configured with tables that are electronically integrated into a video conferencing system. At TKO, we can assist you in designing a table that is both aesthetic in the boardroom and also electronically integrated with your video conferencing and display systems. Our tables can be customized in shape, size and finish and they can be fitted with concealed connection modules for LAN, Power and XGA interfaces.
Shapes and Sizes
All shapes and sizes of tables are customized to meet our customer needs. There are a number of shapes from which to choose. They include race, circular, convex, rectangular and boat shaped. You can also choose to embed a logo into the tabletop. Sizes can range from 4 ft. to 20 ft. in length or more depending on your conference room dimensions. Finishes and Edges
Conference tables come in a number of metal, wood veneer and wood laminate finishes and edges
- In metal finish - ribbed 3-D, etched and etched squiggled aluminum
- In wood veneer - old English mahogany, mahogany burl, quarter Anegre figured, quarter Makore figured, deep mahogany, carmine birdseed and plank cherry.
- In wood laminate - mahogany, select cherry, African limba, satin wood and Baltimore cherry.
- We offer three edge styles: Style-Edge, Reverse Style-Edge and Beaded Edge

Electronic Accessories
Conference tables can be designed to provide a number of electronic accessories. The accessories enable you to integrate the conference table into an effective audio/video conferencing communications center.
Some of the electronic accessories available are:
- Altinex® Data Ports - Spider retractable door module with four power outlets and up to twelve data/phone ports. Smaller units are available with two power and six phone/data ports. Our engineers can assist you with your selections.
- Dual tower pop up with three-power tower (one side) and up to four data/phone (other side).
- Power/data runway with video conferencing capabilities.
- Inset microphones
- Custom wall cabinetry to accommodate projection display, plasma screens and video conferencing equipment.
- Full cylinder bases with access, telephone port.
